Our Cloud Provider solved the Issue with their API which possibly resulted in slower than normal Gateway performance. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused.

We are currently investigating an issue with the Gateway of the Managed CI environment. The network performance of the runners could potentially be impacted.
The Managed GitLab instances are not affected.
